There are 3 section to the hose: Swedish guy living in the 2F of the house, and I am using the 1F entrance room for my office. Your space will be back section of the house, and it's 4 tatami size with closet. It's not a full room, and rather indipendent section. But my office could be use as living room when I am not working, (night & weekends)
The house is 7 min walk from Ebisu, Daikanyama, and Nakameguro Station. It is in the middle of the hill.
