Come on UP Myogadani is a share house established through the concept of convenience. It just a two minutes’ walk away from the Myogadani Station from which one can go anywhere in Tokyo. The share house is also situated on a major road which grants it the benefits being near many shops, stores, and restaurants which allows one to conveniently get all their daily essentials and enjoy a delicious meal from time to time all in a short walk’s distance. Famous landmarks such as the Koishikawa Korakuen Park and the Gokokuji Temple are also just a short walk away from the share house.
This share house differs from our other share houses in a unique way; the Myogadani share house is located in a high rise building. The share house itself occupies the fourth and fifth floor so the residents still feel as if they are in a proper house with the bottom floor being the living room, kitchen, etc. level and the top floor being the bedroom level. This allows the residents to retreat to the peace and quiet of a spacious house that overlooks the hustle and bustle of the city streets below.
The house itself is set up to evoke a sense of warmth and community. With its white interior of the living room, the brick wall in the kitchen, and the wooden panels at the entrance; each area of the house has its own unique feel that serves to enhance the overall space.
The current residents of the Myogadani share house are friendly and easy-going people. The residents’ occupations range from web advertisers and entrepreneurs to university students. The countries where the residents come from are equally broad in range.
There are several universities in the surrounding Myogadani area so the area is quite safe and fun because of the large amount of students and the shops and restaurants that cater to them. For those that want to live in a community but also want convenience, we recommend Come on UP Myogadani.
