August was a lively month at Come on UP, filled with summer activities and plenty of opportunities for residents to spend time together.
Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from our share house communities this August!

August was full of summer activities across our share houses.
Residents enjoyed BBQs, trips to the river or beach, and meals together, creating plenty of opportunities to connect and enjoy the season.
But share house life isn’t only about organized events. Simple everyday moments—watching a movie together, sharing a meal, or just hanging out at home—are often what make living in a share house special.
At Come on UP, we value these natural connections that grow simply from sharing a home and everyday life together.

At the end of August, Come on UP residents and staff joined the Koenji Awa Odori, one of Tokyo’s most famous summer festivals.
Experiencing a local summer festival together with your housemates is one of the many fun parts of share house life in Japan.
At Come on UP, our community extends beyond the house itself. Exploring local neighborhoods, joining festivals, and experiencing Japanese culture together are all part of the experience.
Global English Camp program made the Come on UP community even more international this summer, and also came to a successful close in August.
During the program, coaches stayed at Come on UP share houses, bringing an even more international atmosphere to our communities.
Meeting people from different countries and backgrounds and communicating in both English and Japanese is one of the unique benefits of living in an international share house.

In August, we also began reviewing and updating the “Search by Concept” section of the Come on UP website.
When choosing a share house, location, rent, and room size are important—but so is the kind of lifestyle you want to have there.
For example, you might be looking for a place where you can:
◎ Enjoy international exchange
◎ Practice English or Japanese
◎ Have BBQs and enjoy outdoor activities
◎ Live in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood
◎ Experience living in a uniquely designed house
◎ Live in a community with a resident house manager
Everyone looks for something different in a share house.
By sharing more about the personality, features, and community atmosphere of each house, we hope to make it easier for you to find a place that feels right for you.
From summer events to simple everyday moments together, August was another lively month across the Come on UP community.
At Come on UP, a share house is more than just a place where people live under the same roof. We aim to create communities where everyone can enjoy their own lifestyle while naturally connecting with the people around them.
If you’re looking for a share house in Tokyo or Osaka, or are interested in experiencing life in an international community, take a look at our Come on UP share houses.
We’re looking forward to seeing what September brings to each of our communities!
