Unlike other share houses, we do not charge administrative fees or renewal fees for 1 year contract.
We also have a short-term plan that can be contracted from 1 month, so please feel free to contact us.
The initial const will be charged at the time of signing contract. Please be sure to pay before moving in.

１．Deposit：equivalent to 1 month rent
When you move out, usually the deposit will be returned. If you move out in less than a contract year, however, we will deduct 30,000yen from the deposit.
２．Rent + Utility for the 1st month
Payment for the following month will be made by direct debit or bank transfer by the end of the month.
