What does the initial cost include?

Initial includes:
Rent + Deposit + Utilities

1. First month’s rent(we calculate the first month's rent by days )
2. Utilities ( electricity, gas, water,
internet, NHK, and consumable house goods) The utility bill is divided between all of the housemates and everyone pays the same 10,000 yen per month.
3. Deposit (equivalent to a month's rent)
The deposit which is paid when the contract is signed, it's the same as one month's worth of rent. This is normally fully returned when you leave the house, however, we will take 30,000 yen if you leave before the one-year contract is finished.

Can I invite my friend to the share house?

Basically welcome! However, advance notice is required in the house. Also, please respect other tenants(consider the time zone, number of people, frequency, etc.)

Can I let my friend stay overnight?

Staying in your own room is OK. However, please contact us for special cases such as long stay

Can I smoke in my room?

All rooms, including private rooms, are non-smoking.

I will be away from my room for a long time on a business trip.

If you will be away for more than a month, please let us know in advance so that we can confirm your safety.

Is it okay to build a shelf in the room?

You can not DIY your house or room without permission. Please be sure to consult us in advance.

How is communication between residents?

Each house has a group chat. We also have a house meeting once a month.
