Live with Japanese People
We will introduce the flow of finding a share house that interests you and making a contract.
In order to conclude a contract, various preparations such as screening of tenants, application for documents and insurance,
and initial costs are required. Knowing this flow will allow you to make a contract smoothly, so please check the procedure.

We’ll contact you and set a date for your house viewing. Please ask us anything, we’ll be happy to talk to you! Skype viewing is also available.
We’ll send you the application form by email. Your room will be reserved when you submit the application and the required documents*
-If you have a job in Japan;
1. Tax certificate slip from your company
2. Last payroll statement
3. Last tax certificate from city government (課税証明書)
-If you’re starting working in Japan;
1. Job offer letter (with annual income description)
2. Previous job payroll statement (within past six months)
-If you’re not working in Japan;
1. Bank balance certificate &
2. Reference contact
After we receive your application, we’ll get back to you within 3 to 5 business days.
Please bring your ID, a stamp seal if you have, and initial fee (you can also make bank transfer) to our office.
Base contract term: 1 year
Copy of ID card, proof of income, seal, initial fee (initial fee details will be issued after screening.)
Other than deposit, no additional fees for one year contract.
All contracts default to a 1 year. If you need to end the contract earlier, then there will be a ¥30,000 deduction from the deposit
No additional fee at the recontract.
If you renew your contract, you will not be charged a cancellation fee for canceling the contract midway through.
We also have a short-term plan that can be contracted from 1 month, so please feel free to contact us.

The Contract session can be done online using zoom or LINE video call.
Signing on the contract uses the cloud system, so there is no need to sign or stamp the paper contract.
* We also do face-to-face contract session at our offices in Tokyo and Osaka. Please let us know if you preferred it.
