Sumiyoshi House boasts a comfy 15 tatami size living room with direct access from the entrance, a kitchen big enough for two people to cook, and a large rooftop where you can have barbecues and parties while enjoying the lovely view of Sky Tree.
We often have mini-cooking parties with our international friends while keeping an eye on COVID.
The house manager, a Japanese tutor, is very wiling to teach Japanese.
There are three large grocery stores, a home center, a 100-yen shop, and a professional grocery store all within walking distance. There are two large nature parks nearby, where you can enjoy jogging and sports.
Kinshicho, with its shopping centers and downtown area, is also close by.
Sumiyoshi Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line and Hanzomon Line is the nearest station, and you can get to both Shinjuku and Shibuya in one line.
A 15-minute walk will take you to Toyocho Station (Tozai Line), where you can find everything you need, including the ward office.
